Operation Life EMT Jon Adler gives a brief tour of an ambulance to a group of Reelsville Elementary School third graders Tuesday morning. Central Elementary hosted 88 students from all three South Putnam elementary schools for the annual third-graders health fair. Stations at the fair included presentations from Operation Life, Family Support Services, Putnam County Health Department, American Red Cross, staff from Dr. Hennette's office and exercise with Ms. Swinford. "It's just a great time for the kids," said school nurse Rita Bain, who organized the event. "They look forward to it and they learn a lot."
