Keeping it off the streets

Greencastle Police Chief Tom Sutherlin accepts a bag of unused prescription drugs from Wendell Hurst of Greencastle. Local law enforcement and school officials partnered to collect the drugs Saturday in the parking lot of Greencastle High School. The program is designed to prevent prescription drug abuse and theft. Once collected, the drugs are sent to the Drug Enforcement Agency for destruction.
