Bessie Rector Award

Putnam County Family Support Services annually presents the Bessie Rector Award to a community member who has made a substantial contribution to the prevention of child abuse and neglect. The 2011 winner is Tammy Hunter (left), receiving the award from PCFSS Executive Director Cari Cox. Hunter is the Putnam County Head Start site manager.
