North Putnam defeats Cloverdale

The North Putnam seventh grade football defeated Cloverdale 26-6 Thursday.

Scoring for the Cougars were Preston Porter, E.J. Westgate, Max Haste and Jack Kendall. Jon Luke McGruff, Allan Aynes and Trevor Sheldon led the team on the defense.

"(It was) a good team effort. The kids played well," coach Lonnie Lawhorn.
