Patricia Ann Fultz, 76, of Cloverdale passed away on Friday, Nov. 4, 2011.

She was born on March 2, 1935 in Indianapolis to William F. Krouse and Mary Flisk Krouse.

She was a graduate of St. Mary's High School in Indianapolis and was a former member of St. Christopher Catholic Community in Speedway. Currently Mrs. Fultz was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church.

Mrs. Fultz retired from Howard W. Sams Publishing in Indianapolis.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Donald G. Fultz; brother William F. Krouse; son-in-law Jeffrey W. Cline; and a granddaughter, Jessica Lynn Smith.

Surviving are her children, Donna J. Bolte and husband Thomas of Thompson, Conn., Suzanne M. Roll and husband David of Indianapolis, William B. Fultz of North Manchester, Ind., Kathleen M. Cline of Cloverdale and Patricia A. Fultz of Cloverdale; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9 at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 202 E. Washington St. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Indianapolis.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5- 8 p.m. at Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home, Greencastle.
