Robert 'Bob' Welch

Robert "Bob" Welch, 70, Greencastle, passed away Friday, Dec. 3, 2011 at his residence.

He was born in Bloomington on March 25, 1941, the son of Art and Opal Johnson Welch.

He was the owner of 91 Appliance Service for several years.

Survivors include his wife Sandra "Sandy" Higgins Welch; seven children and several grandchildren; brothers Jim (Karen) Welch, Texas and Charlie (Rena) Welch, Stinesville; sisters Connie (Doug) Trueblood, Greencastle, and Ann Marie Haga, Reelsville; step-daughter Dolly Markle, Clayton; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 6, at 2 p.m. at the Bousley-Hays Funeral Home, Coateville with Art and Sharon Snider officiating. Burial will be in Boone-Hutcheson Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from noon until time of service.
