Greencastle JV wins close contest

The Greencaslte girls' junior varsity basketball team won a thrilling contest over Brown County Saturday 30-27.

The Tiger Cubs received double-figure performances from Melody White and Jessica Lenihan, who scored 10 points in the game. Sydney Smiley added four points, with Taylor Stoltey adding three and Lauren Bridgewater two points. Delanie Stoltey contributed one point in the win.

The Tiger Cubs held a 21-15 edge at the half before going on to get the win.
