Charles E. Inman 66, of Ladoga, passed away at 10:05 a.m. Friday, Jan. 20, 2012 at Witham Memorial Hospital, Lebanon.

He was born on Feb. 9, 1945 at Greencastle to Wilbur and Elsie Cofer Inman.

He was a member of New Hope Christian Church.

Charles retired from RR Donnelly's at Crawfordsville where he was a material handler. He also was driver for Standard Oil and had worked at P.R. Mallory's in Greencastle.

He recently worked at the Ladoga Academy.

He graduated from Bainbridge High School in 1963. He was a member of the Indiana National Guard from 1963 to 1966.

Survivors include his companion, Connie Inman of Ladoga; a son, Charles ("Skip") Inman of Greencastle; two daughters, Susan M. Inman of Avon and Melinda Gilley of Columbus; 10 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Carolyn Jackson of Morton.

His parents, four brothers, Woody, Richard, John and Victor Inman, and a sister, Carol Ann McGuire, preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24 2012 at Servies and Morgan Funeral Home, 203 N. Washington St., Ladoga.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Burial will be at Ladoga Cemetery following services.
