Will G. Neibold

Will G. Neibold, 65, Cloverdale, passed away Monday, June 11, 2012 at his residence.

He was born on Jan. 29, 1947 in Indianapolis, and was the son of the late William Kenneth and Lena Susan (Goodwin) Neibold.

He married Diane (Yount) Neibold on Aug. 29, 1987, and she survives.

He retired as Putnam County Veterans Service Officer on July 1, 2011 after proudly serving for 20 years.

He was a U.S. Army veteran during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Indiana County Veterans Service Officers and was a 1965 graduate of Cascade High School.

He is also survived by his sons, Les Neibold and wife Debbie, Indianapolis, Tony Neibold and wife Karen, Pinebluff, N.C., and John and Marsha, Noblesville, and his grandchildren, Will L., Sarah and Anthony Neibold.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Benjamin Neibold.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 16 at the Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be held 4-8 p.m. Friday, June 15 at the funeral home.

Interment will be in the Cloverdale Cemetery.
