U14 Team places 3rd

This spring, Putnam County Youth Soccer Association (PCYSA) travel and Rec+ teams have enjoyed significant success in regional competition. The U14 girls Rec+ team placed third at the West Central Suburban Soccer Federation Spring Tournament. Members of the team are (standing from left) Megan Friars, coach Michele Villinski, Katie Kessler, Emilee Henninger, Christa McRoy, coach Scott Parsons, Katie Rose Parsons, Coach Keely Nearpass, Whitney Weinschenk; (sitting) Rebekah Myer, Lauren Freije, Samantha Jarboe, Lauren Harris, Bailey Lausee, Gracie Smith, Madeline Graham, Abby Spencer. Not pictured: Rose White. Anyone with birthdays between August 1, 1998 and July 31, 2004 who would like to try out for travel soccer for for this fall should attend one of the PCYSA three sessions scheduled June 13, 18 and 19, from 6:30-8 p.m. at Big Walnut Sports Park, Field No. 10.
