Human trafficking to be subject of Extension Homemaker lesson July 10

Monday, July 9, 2012

Tuesday, July 10 at 7 p.m., Greencastle resident Lisa Trigg, a journalist with the Terre Haute Tribune and formerly with the Banner Graphic, will be speaking on human trafficking at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 10 at the Putnam County Extension Office.

The program, "Human Trafficking -- What it is and Where it Exists in Indiana" is part of the Putnam County Extension Homemakers annual educational lesson. However, it is open to anyone who might be interested in learning more about the topic.

According to Trigg, most Hoosiers would be surprised by the facts and places that human trafficking exists.
