Wayne Charles Faatz

Wayne Charles Faatz, age 69, of Greencastle, passed away Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012.

Wayne was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., the son of the late Clyde Albert and Alice Moore Brader Faatz.

He was also preceded in death by his son, Peter Faatz.

Wayne was employed as a biologist with the Indiana Department of Natural Resource for 28 years.

He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and being an outdoorsman.

Survivors are his daughter, Martha Lynn Sikes (Dennis) of McDonough, Ga.; grandchildren Emilee, Owen and Ian Sikes, all of McDonough, Ga.; brother Clyde A. Faatz Jr (Martille) of Denver, Colo.; nieces Kristen, Susan and Kate; two great-nieces and three great-nephews.

A private memorial service for Wayne will be conducted in Greencastle at a later date by the family.

Haisten Funeral Home, McDonough, Ga., has been entrusted with arrangements.
