James William Perkins Jr.

James William Perkins Jr., 54, of Crawfordsville, died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012 at Hendricks Regional Health in Danville.

Born Nov. 1, 1957 in Greencastle to James William and Jean Baker Perkins, he graduated from North Putnam High School in 1977 and worked 20 Years at Fleetwood Travel Trailers in Crawfordsville.

He married Carol Hargis on May 17, 1980.

He was a member of the Parkersburg Christian Church.

James is survived by his wife, of Crawfordsville, mother, of Roachdale, daughter Jessica Hart, of Crawfordsville, son Levi Perkins, of Indianapolis, three grandchildren and sister Cindy Castille, of Roachdale.

Visitation will be Saturday, Oct. 27, from 10-noon at Servies & Morgan Funeral Home in Roachdale.

Graveside services will follow at the Hebron Cemetery near Russellville with Rev. Rich Fuller Officiating.
