Free showing of movie classic slated Nov. 12 at Ashley Square Cinema

Ashley Square Cinema in Greencastle will be offering a free showing of the 1954 film classic "On the Waterfront" starring Marlon Brando.

The movie will be playing on Monday, Nov. 12, starting at 7:30 p.m.

"On the Waterfront" won eight Academy Awards.

The film is being provided by DePauw University's Film Study's Program.
