Bainbridge Christian Church

The Bainbridge Christian Church will be having its Christmas Service on Sunday, Dec. 23, in the North Putnam High School gymnasium.

The service will take a unique approach to celebrating the birth of Christ along with recognizing the spiritual battle that took place at the time of his birth.

Those attending can expect a powerful service, including a performance by the adult choir, the children's choir and the drama team.

The service will being at 10 a.m. and will include an inspiring sermon by Pastor Jason Allmon. Everyone is invited and welcome.

Greencastle Christian Church

Greencastle Christian Church invites everyone to celebrate the birth of Jesus on Christmas Eve at 8 p.m. in its Worship Center, 620 Primrose Lane.

The GCC Christmas service is on Sunday morning, Dec. 23, at 9 and 10:30 a.m. with Mark Miller preaching "A Shepherd to Calm Our Fears."

Activities are available during both services for all ages of children, and there is a worship service at 10:30 a.m. for middle school and high school kids in the gym.

Fillmore Christian Church

Fillmore Christian Church, 102 N Main St., invites all to celebrate the Christ Child with us at our 9 p.m. Christmas Eve candlelight service.

The service will include traditional carols and a message from Pastor Mike Faust.

Wellspring Christian Church

Wellspring Christian Church will be having a Christmas Eve Candlelight service on Monday, Dec. 24 at 7 p.m.

Wellspring Christian Church is located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 40 and Belle Union Road.

First Christian Church

First Christian Church will celebrate Christmas with a candlelight communion service on Christmas Eve. The service starts at 7 p.m. and all are welcome.

The service is family friendly and the building is handicap-accessible through the parking-lot door.

Regular Sunday morning worship services begin at 10 a.m. with nursery and children's worship available.

Peace Lutheran Church

Peace Lutheran Church, 1421 S. Bloomington, Greencastle invites the community to celebrate the birth of Christ on Christmas Eve with a traditional candlelight worship at 7 p.m.

A Christmas Day service will be offered at 10:15 a.m. to rejoice in the Good News of the coming of Jesus.

Familiar hymns and carols will be sung by the congregation accompanied by the congregational pipe organ.

Worship on Christmas Eve will include readings based on the Gospels of Matthew, Luke and John as well as Old Testament readings from Isaiah.

Pastor Barber will close the celebration by leading the congregation in "The Service of Light" climaxed by a lighting of the candles and the singing of "Silent Night."

"Your Light Has Come" will be the theme of the 10:15 a.m. Christmas Day Service.

Everyone is welcome to join in worship as the congregation rejoices in the birth of Christ.

Eminence Christian Church

The Eminence Christian Church is inviting the public to share in its upcoming Christmas services.

The Christmas Eve service is Monday, Dec. 24 from 5:30-6 p.m. The service includes a candlelight eucharist service, congregational singing and a short devotional.

Christmas morning, Dec. 25, features a short Christmas service on the celebrated birthday of Jesus Christ. The program begins at 7:30 p.m.

The Eminence Christian Church is located at the corner of North and Forrest streets in Eminence.
