Brenda C. Haberle, 57, Greencastle, died Saturday at her residence.

Born in Greencastle, she was the daughter of Charles G. and Virginia (Dean) Brann.

On Aug. 1, 1975, she married Robert Haberle. He survives.

A 1967 graduate of Greencastle High School, she was a loan officer at Citi Financial Bank for 13 years. She was also a member of the New Life Baptist Church, Greencastle.

Survivors include her husband; daughters Cheryl L. Elzey and husband John, Diane C. McCarty, Candace L. Duggan and husband Tom, and Laurie Haberle, all of Greencastle; brother Charles Brann, Greencastle; sister Deanna Brann and husband Roger Monforton, Novi, Mich.; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her death were her parents and a grandson.

Services will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday at the New Life Baptist Church with Rev. Sam Gamble officiating. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Contributions may be made to the Brenda Haberle Charity Fund, in care of First National Bank, P.O. Box 826, 1180 Indianapolis Rd., Greencastle, 46135.
