On Saturday, the North Putnam High School varsity wrestling team finished 4-1 at the Monrovia Invitational.

Three Cougars went undefeated in Saturday's match. C.J. Spencer, Jacob Stigall and Emmett Boruff all finished with a record of 5-0.

Three other Cougars finished with a near perfect record of 4-1 in Chris Humphries, Levi Elliott and Cody Newlin while Bren Donaldson, Alex Lance and Jim Davis finished with a 2-3 record.

The Cougars are back in action today when they travel to South Putnam for a 6:30 match.
