Michael William Lantrip, 55, Gosport, died Friday at his residence.

Born in Indianapolis, he was the son of Jackie L. and Mary A. (Blueher) Lantrip.

He was a crew chief in the Air Force during the Vietnam War, a member and trustee of the Cornerstone Baptist Church, Greencastle, a tool and die maker and the owner and CEO of Phoenix Treatment Center LLC.

Survivors include his parents of Cloverdale, his wife Lisa D. (Carver) Lantrip, daughter Michelle A. Crowe and husband Thomas, Bloomington; son 1st Lt. Nicholas W. Lantrip, Washington; brothers, Ran-dall Lantrip, Coatesville, and William B. Lantrip, Indianapolis; sisters Linda L. Snider, Greencastle, and Jacqueline M. McNulty, Indianapolis; and a granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by brother, Christopher Wayne Lantrip.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at West and Parrish and Pedigo Funeral Home, Spencer, with Pastor Gary Clark officiating.

Entombment with military rites will be at Chambersville Cemetery .

Visitation will be 11 a.m. until service time Tuesday.
