Katherine "Katie" Kelly

Katherine "Katie" Kelly, 93, Russellville, died Tuesday at her residence.

Born at Russellville, she was the daughter of Eugene and Lula (Hester) Grimes.

A 1931 graduate of Russellville High School, she had been employed as a cook at Morton Sale Barn and was also an Avon dealer for several years. She was a member of Russellville Community Church, Ladies Aid, and Russellville Booster Club.

She married Max Kelly on April 11, 1936 at Monticello. He died May 1, 1990.

Surviving are a son Don Kelly, Darlington; two daughters, Kay Lynch and husband Dean, Craw-fordsville, and Dixie Arnold and husband Dave, Coalmont; a brother, John Grimes, Crawfordsville; a sister, Beulah Allgood, Brazil; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Her parents, husband, a sister and two brothers preceded her in death.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Russellville Community Church with Rev. James Elliott officiating. Burial will be in Russellville Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m Friday at the Church.
