DePauw track in action at SCAC

SAN ANTONIO -- On the first day of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men and Women's Track and Field Championship, DePauw had four athletes place in the top spots.

Courtney Thomas and Adrienne Cobb took the top two spots in the Women's Shot Put. Thomas threw a distance of 38 feet 11 inches to grab first place, while Cobb threw for 38' .25" to lock up second-place.

For the men, Mike Morris took pole vault honors with a height of 14' 6.25". Felix Felder leapt his way to the long jump title, with a distance of 22'.75" .

DePauw will continue at the SCAC Championships tomorrow starting at 10 a.m.
