Weyburn McMains Dudley, 85, Muncie, died Monday in Muncie.

Born in Greencastle, she was the daughter of Clifford and Hazel McMains.

A graduate of Fillmore High School, she lived in Whiteland, Bedford, Kokomo, and Mun-cie, before residing in Lexington, Ky., for 30 years. Before retiring in 1984 as secretary and administrative assistant of Southern Hills United Methodist Church, Lexington, she worked as financial secretary for Grace Methodist Church, Kokomo, and secretary and treasurer of College Avenue United Methodist Church, Muncie. She was active in Good Samaritan Hospital Auxiliary, Meals on Wheels, PEO Service Organization, and the United Methodist Women.

She married Floyd Airol Dudley, who preceded her in death in 1981 after 38 years of marriage.

She is survived by four children, Dorinda Dick and husband Gene, Lomita, Calif., Barbara Woolard and husband Steve, Muncie, Larry Dudley and wife Laquita, Indianapolis, and Janet Wallace and husband Steve, Carmel; sisters Ann Monnett and husband Bud, and Martha Reynolds and husband Bill, all of Indianapolis; five grandsons and three granddaughters, a great-grandson and twin great-granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her husband and brothers Ivor McMains and Myron McMains.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at College Avenue United Methodist Church, Muncie, with a reception following at the church.

Burial with a graveside memorial is set for 1 p.m. Saturday at Lexington Cemetery in Kentucky.
