Daniel Thomas Giannechini

Daniel Thomas Giannechini, 48, Cloverdale, died Friday morning at Putnam County Hospital.

Born in New Jersey, he was the son of Leo and Jane (Poland) Giannechini.

He graduated from high school in New Jersey. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he had worked for two years with AAR in Indianapolis as an aircraft mechanic. He had previously worked at United Airlines.

He married Whitney Green on Aug. 9, 1986. She survives.

Also surviving are three children, Alexandra Giannechini, Travis Giannechini and Adrian Giannechini, all of Cloverdale; three brothers, Michael Giannechini, Alaska, Tony Giannechini, New Hampshire, and Leo Giannechini, New Jersey; and sister Lenore Giannechini, New Jersey.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle, with Rev. Steve Williams officiating.
