PC Habitat for Humanity event Saturday
The Putnam County Habitat for Humanity Annual Benefit Dinner Auction will be held this Saturday, Sept. 29, at the Walden Inn in Greencastle. The evening kicks off at 5:30 with a silent auction, followed by dinner at 6:30 and the live auction immediately after.
More than 75 items have been donated for the event so far, including excellent seats for Colts & Pacer games, tickets to Natalie MacMaster concert at Clowes Hall, and a set of CDs & t-shirt from Tad Robinson.
Many pieces of art from local artist, including Marla Helton, Scott Cooper, Dennis Kirchman, Leroy Sillery, Dennis Boothby, Karen Smoger, and many more, as well as an original Peeler Pottery lamp have been donated.
Other items donated include jewelry, hotel & spa packages, dining certificates, gift baskets and crafts. There will also be tools, hunting & fishing items, and gift certificates from several local merchants.
Tickets are $25, including dinner and a cash bar. Tickets will be available at the door. If you would like to reserve a table for 8-10 people, please call ahead.
