Elijah Lewis, 67, Coatesville, died Friday.

Born in Manchester, Ky., he was the son of Letcher Perry and Mary Ellen (Collins) Lewis.

He had been employed at Laser Mobile Home Transport, and at Deer Meadow Elementary School.

Surviving are his wife of 20 years, Tonya R. Lewis; children James David Lewis, Indiaanpolis, Lisa Marie Lewis, New Castle, Lori Ann Hayden, Brownsburg, Sharon Kaye Risku, Danville, Brandie Vance and husband David, Danville, and Jana Hatfield, Fillmore; sisters Rosa Lee Master, Sun City, Fla., Molly Flannery and husband Jack, Hamilton, Ohio, Mary Ellen Alsip and husband Ernest, Seaford, Del., and Evelyn Reynolds and husband James, Manchester, Ky.; 11 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters and three brothers.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home, Greencastle, with Chuck Cotton and Rick Cotton officiating.

Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Monday.
