Clover wrestlers place fourth
CLINTON -- On Saturday, the Cloverdale wrestlers traveled to the South Vermillion Invitational and came away with a fourth place finish, with 177.5 points.
The host Wildcats won the event with 259 points.
Brittney Hughes was the Clovers' lone champion, going 3-0 at 103 pounds.
Lee Secrest placed second, going 2-1 at 160 pounds.
Others with two wins on the day were Zak Osburn (135), Matt Hall (152), Jacob Thompson (2-1), Scott Mayhew (189), Levi Haltom (215) and Josh Batchelor (275).
