GMS 8th drops a pair to Bruins

The greencastle eighth grade girls' basketball team battled Tri-West and the flu Tuesday, dropping both contests.

The A team lost 39-21, dropping its record to 3-2. Taylor Pruitt led the Lady Tigers with nine pts and Kallie Brattain added six. Kandice Phillips had four points, while Riley Seahorn scored 2.

In the B game the final score was 24-2. Erika Davies had 2 pts.

GMS will host South Putnam in A and B games at 5:30 p.m. today.
