NP swimmers lose to Mounties

BAINBRIDGE -- On Tuesday, the Cougars fell to Southmont in a pair of meets. The girls lost to the Mounties 99-73, while the boys fell 114-66.

For the girls, Caroline Byrd led the way with wins in the 100 IM and the 50 butterfly. Molly Wilcox won the 200 freestyle while Michelle Harper took the 100 freestyle.

The medley relay of Haley Foltz, Wilcox, Byrd and Harper also won.

On the boys' side, Joey Lehr won the 50 free and 100 backstroke. Jared James won the 50 butterfly.
