GMS 8th graders earn win

GMS 8th grade girls traveled to Monrovia and improved their record to 4-3 with a 20-12 win.

In a defensive battle the Lady Tigers pulled away in the fourth quarter for the victory.

Taylor Pruitt and Hannah Wainman led the Lady Tigers with 10 and eight respectively. Kandice Phillips and Jessie Bennett chipped in one each.

GMS will be on the road to face Tuttle at 6 p.m. Tuesday
