Bretscher competes at NCAA Championships

Greencastle graduate Andrew Bretscher competed at the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships this past weekend at Ohio State.

On day one, Bretscher along with teammates Felipe Travesso, Matt Voelker and Daniel Novak broke a 10-year old school record in the 400-yard medley relay, with the time of 3:11.04. They finished 15th overall to earn honorable mention All-America.

In the 200-yard medley relay on day two, the same squad swam a 1:27.55 for 13th place.

Bretscher is a sophomore at Ohio State.
