Russellville Community Center is pleased to present "Steel Magnolias."

Tickets will be available for a $5 donation. All proceeds will be used to support the operation of the Russellville Community Center.

"Steel Magnolias," written by Robert Harling, is a story of six women whose lives come together in a beauty parlor. Together they share the joys and sorrows of life in a small town.

The play features the talents of Kathi Elliott, Delores "D.J." Farley, Marcia Jenkins, Courtney Nichols, Ashli Ramsay and Janese Richardson. All are invited to come; laugh and cry with the women of Chinquapin Parish.

Pre-sale tickets are available by calling 435-2623, Monday through Friday, during the morning hours.

Parents are respectfully reminded that the intensity of the dramatic themes of "Steel Magnolias" may not be appropriate for all children under the age of 12.
