TERRE HAUTE -- The Cloverdale girls' golf team fell to Terre Haute South Thursday, 155-225 at Rea Park.

The Braves were led by the one-over-par 37 of Katelyn Gosnell. A pair of teammates added scores in the 30s for the squad.

For the Clovers, it was veterans Kayla Langdon and Elizabeth Wiley who once again set the pace with solid rounds. Langdon fired a 44, and Wiley was just behind with a 46. Victoria Boyette was next with a 59, and Erica Looper rounded out the scoring with a 76.

"Kayla and Elizabeth both continued to lower their seasons' averages with solid rounds today," Clover coach Ken Williams said. "Victoria got off to a good start but couldn't sustain it for nine holes."

The Clovers travel to Deer Creek today for an 11:20 tee time in the West Central Conference Tournament.
