Ray N. Bohlander, 72, of Indianapolis, peacefully died at home Sept. 18, 2008.

He was a proud ironworker for International Association of Bridge, Structural and Ornamental Ironworkers Local 22.

Memorial contributions may be made to the organization of the donor's choice in his name. He was a loving father and grandfather who never lost his love for country life, horses, the rodeo, western movies and Coca-Cola.

Services: 11 a.m. Sept. 22 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Greenwood. Calling was Sunday. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

Survivors: children Luana Huffman, William R. Bohlander (Laura), Jana Moore (Mark), Betsy Ison (Buford) and Ray Bohlander; brothers Jim and Steve Bohlander, 15 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by parents Arnold and Margaret Bohlander; brothers Arnold and Larry Bohlander and sister Bonnie Stegemoller.
