Vondersaar playing well at Marian

INDIANAPOLIS -- In just its second year of existence, the Marian College football team is off to a 3-1 start, and North Putnam graduate and Marian freshman Adam Vondersaar has been a big part of that success thus far.

Vondersaar is currently second on the team with 42 tackles (22 solo, 22 assist) and also has one sack, four tackles-for-loss, a quarterback hurry and a fumble recovery.

He was named the MSFA Mideast League Defensive Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 8, in which he had 11 tackles in a 28-14 win over William Penn University.
