Sheriff's Department

The Putnam County Sheriff's Department made four arrests since Thursday.

Michelle Knauer, 35, Bowling Green, was booked at 8:49 p.m. Thursday for non-support of a child.

Greg J. Vaughn, 21, Greencastle, was booked at 1:42 a.m. Friday for theft.

Eric Winnings, 27, Brazil, was booked at 2:03 a.m. for public intoxication.

Richard A. Romandine III, 29, Greencastle, was booked at 10:33 a.m. for two counts of theft.
