Sustainability committee meeting moves

The Greencastle Sustainability Committee will meet Feb. 9 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Deer Meadow Primary School. The location has been changed due to great interest.

Residents are invited to participate in a farmers market of ideas, an interactive forum to learn about and support citizen-led solutions in the areas of local food and markets, energy conservation and alternatives, transportation and transit, recycling and waste and communications and education.

The Greencastle Sustainability Committee is a citizen coalition connecting people and ideas for local environmental solutions to strengthen our community, economy, culture and quality of life.
