Cathy York

Cathy York, 58, of Greencastle died on Friday, Feb. 20, 2009 at Methodist Hospital.

Born March 10, 1950 in Indianapolis, she cherished time spent with her family and friends. Survivors include her two sons, David A. York and Jason York and wife Christina; her parents, Mary and Garland Thomeson and Robert Thurston; five grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, Braden, Catalina and Shelby; four sisters, Debbie Adams, Sandy Reynolds, Melissa Deitz and Barbara Pardue and brother Steve Pardue.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 40 years, Cecil York.

Friends and family are invited to a memorial gathering to celebrate Cathy's life from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at her residence in Greencastle. Memorial contributions may be made to Indy Feral at www.indyferal.org
