Tunya Kunkler, Reelsville, was traveling east on U.S. 40 at 8:10 a.m. Wednesday when a deer entered the roadway. She was unable to avoid hitting the animal. There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.

Nicholas Passwater, 19, Greencastle, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 4:19 p.m. Wednesday for trafficking with an inmate.

Steven Hornback, 34, Fillmore, was booked at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday for failure to appear and writ of body attachment.

Stephen Witting, 48, Evansville, was booked at 10:23 p.m. Wednesday for public intoxication, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating per se.

Debbie Davis, 45, Greencastle, was booked at 11:22 p.m. Wednesday for public intoxication.

Kevin Bain, 23, Cloverdale, was booked at 2:07 a.m. Thursday for criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Susan Ewing, 52, Greencastle, was booked at 5:10 a.m. Thursday for probation violation, resisting law enforcement, battery against law enforcement and destruction of city property.

James Keown, 28, Clay City, was booked at 5:19 p.m. Thursday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating per se and public intoxication.

Stephen Troutman, 42, Greencastle, was booked at 10:37 p.m. Thursday for failure to appear and writ of body attachment.

Patricia Finley, 20, Roachdale, was booked at 2:33 a.m. Friday for false reporting or informing and domestic battery.

Deanna New, 45, Roachdale, was booked at 2:54 a.m. Friday for disorderly conduct and domestic battery.

Reginald Clark, 35, Indianapolis, was booked at 11:15 a.m. Friday for operating a vehicle while suspended and without proof of financial responsibility.

Jason Ison, 26, Indianapolis, was booked at 12:03 p.m. Friday for failure to appear.
