Chloe Wilcox, 4, of Heritage Lake cheers on her beloved Hoosiers during the College Bike Race, which is held annually at Heritage Lake during the month of March. Representatives from several Big 10 colleges, as well as others from Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky participated in this year's race.

I'm excited to see that the Banner could include a picture of the DePauw Race. But I'm saddened that there is no mention of the DePauw cyclists or how well Rita Klofta of DePauw competed, considering Indiana, and the rest of the Big 10, had no one that could even remain close to her. She placed 3rd in the category A race, falling only to 2 professional riders, or that local sophomore Mischa Serlin finished third in the men's category C race.
