Tax bills delayed again

Putnam County Treasurer Janet Deaton has announced that tax bills will be late again.

Putnam County is waiting on the state to set the tax rates for taxes due in 2009. A new due date will be set when all the information comes in from the state.

Sewer assessments in Heritage Lake are still due May 11.
