Two Illinois men were arrested and booked into the Putnam County Jail Monday on drug charges.

Thirty-three-year-old Jason Iman and 28-year-old Yoko Swanson, both of Lawrenceville, Ill., were booked at approximately 5 p.m. for possession of cocaine and paraphernalia and dealing in cocaine.

The pair faces two felony drug charges and a misdemeanor for the paraphernalia.

An Indianapolis woman was booked into the Putnam County Jail Sunday on two felony drug charges and a misdemeanor possession charge.

Litonya Smith, 41, was charged with possession of marijuana and a controlled substance and trafficking with an inmate.

Billy Jones, 32, Greencastle, was booked at 5:46 p.m. Friday for domestic battery with a previous conviction.

Jeffery Wright, 45, Indianapolis, was booked at 11:06 p.m. Friday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and public intoxication.

Deanna Smiley, 53, Greencastle, was booked at 12:06 a.m. Saturday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and public intoxication.

Michael Jackson, 37, Cloverdale, was booked at 1:27 a.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct, public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.

Raven James, 18, Bainbridge, was booked at 2:20 a.m. Saturday for resisting law enforcement and possessing alcohol as a minor.

Thomas Callahan, 53, Cloverdale, was booked at 10:12 p.m. Saturday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Robert Mitchell, 41, Martinsville, was booked at 12:55 a.m. Sunday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and public intoxication.

Nicole Gibson, 37, Danville, was booked at 8:16 a.m. Monday for contempt of court.

While two vehicles were parked in a residential driveway, one of them rolled backwards into another. The minor collision caused damage to the front and back bumpers.

The accident occurred at 1 p.m. Thursday. There was an estimated $750 to $1,000 in damages.

Rebecca Norlin of Greencastle was traveling on Heritage Drive, when she failed to negotiate a curve. Her vehicle left the roadway and went into a culvert.

The accident, which occurred at 12:17 a.m. Friday, caused damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle. Jerry's Wrecker Service towed the vehicle from the scene. There was an estimated $5,001 to $10,000 in damages.

Jessica Hipps of Greencastle was traveling south on US 231 at 9:36 a.m. Saturday, when a deer entered the roadway. The animal struck the side of her vehicle. There was an estimated $1,001 to $2,500 in damages.

At 11:46 a.m. Sunday, Richard Harris of Granger and Noah Stewart of Indianapolis were traveling west on Interstate 70, when the two had to stop due to a prior accident at the 40-mile marker causing one lane to be closed.

Stewart hit his brakes for slowed traffic and swerved to avoid a collision with the vehicle in front of him, but struck the passenger side of Harris' vehicle.

A passenger in Harris' vehicle complained of arm and head pain, but refused medical treatment at the scene.

Curtis Wrecker Service towed Stewart's vehicle from the scene. There was an estimated $5,001 to $10,000 in damages.
