Wyonetta Lucille Miles

Wyonetta Lucille Miles, 73, of Evansville died Aug. 5, 2009.

She was born Feb. 25, 1936 in Indianapolis, the daughter of Harry Haltom and Sylvia Lee Haltom. She married Lige "Lucky" Miles on Aug. 5, 1961 in Kentucky, and he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Miles was a homemaker.

Survivors include her daughter Diane Preston and husband Bob of Roachdale; sons Terry Miles and wife Angie of Evansville, Mark Miles and wife Kelly of Evansville, Danny Miles and wife Krissy of Petersburg and Mike Miles and family of Evansville; brothers William Leon Haltom of Indianapolis and Ralph Michael Haltom of Indianapolis; stepson Steve Miles and wife Jackie of Martinsville; stepdaughters Patty Jean Boner and husband John of Mooresville and Teresa Miles of Indianapolis; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Donna Cummins and grandson Thomas Allen.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Servies and Morgan Funeral Home in Roachdale with the Rev. John Gossett officiating. Burial will be at Blakesburg Cemetery.

Calling will be from 1 p.m. until the time of service.
