Putnam County Jail

Christopher Chester, 40, Frankfort, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 3:26 p.m. Tuesday for check deception.

Edward Hilbert, 42, Palm Springs, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 8:29 p.m. on Tuesday for intimidation, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Shawn Glover, 37, Greencastle, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 9:27 p.m. Tuesday for violation of probation and public intoxication.

Sean Waldron, 41, Greencastle, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 12:51 a.m. Wednesday for public intoxication, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Putnam County Sheriff's Department

Aleisha Kincaid of Danville was traveling north on US 231 at CR 700 S on Tuesday at 2:11 p.m. when gravel from a dump truck in front of her fell onto her windshield causing damage to the windshield and hood. There was an estimated $1,001 to $2,500 in damage.

Greencastle Fire Department

Crews were dispatched to 57 Putnam Plaza at 9:02 a.m. Monday for a smell from the furnace causing a scare. They were back in service at 9:41 a.m.

Crews were dispatched to 805 Crescant Drive at 12:12 p.m. Monday for a lift assist. They were back in service at 12:20 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to 208 E. Olive St. at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday for an alarm. They were back in service at 9:06.

Crews were dispatched to Cloverdale at 10:04 a.m. to cover and assist the Cloverdale Fire Department for a wreck. They were back in service at 12:06 p.m.
