Tad Robinson Band to perform Saturday
DANVILLE -- Greencastle-based soul/blues singer and two-time W.C. Handy Award Nominee Tad Robinson will be onstage in Danville Saturday night.
The Tad Robinson Band will be peforming at 8 p.m. at the Royal Theater, 59 S. Washington St. in Danville. Doors open at 7 p.m.
The show will be the band's last before they fly to Italy next week. The 12-day European tour will include shows in Italy, Slovenia an France before a Nov. 2 return.
The show at the Royal will include new, never-before-performed material from the band's upcoming spring 2010 CD release on Severn Records.
It is also the first show in the Royal's fall concert series. Tickets for the show are $15 in advance and $18 the day of the show or $5 with a student ID. Charge by phone at 317-696-5279.
