Family expresses gratitude

To the Editor:

My sister was in a very serious car accident Oct. 6 on U.S. 231 North.

I would like to thank Operation Life the Roachdale Fire Department and every one else involved, and especially Mike Poole of the Roachdale Fire Department. He was on the scene seconds after it happened.

He saved my sister's life. God bless you Mike.

Thank you for everything. Mike, you will always be in our hearts.
