Community helps 'Attack for the Cure'

To the Editor:

The Greencastle and South Putnam volleyball teams would like to thank everyone in the community for helping make our first annual Attack for the Cure a success.

Together with our friends, families and the help of our local businesses, we raised over $2,000 to pay for mammograms for those in need right here in Putnam County.

We send special thanks to Greencastle Community Schools, South Putnam Schools, Greencastle Athletic Department, South Putnam Athletic Department, Therese Cunningham State Farm Insurance, Peebles, Fashion Bug, Sonic, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Auto Zone, Dairy Castle, Casa Grande, Jackson's Double Decker, Monical's, Fit-for-Life, Ivy Tech, Putnam County Hospital and Hennette Pediatric Dentistry.

A big thanks to all who came and supported such a good cause.
