Youth Philanthropy

Grace Aker, South Putnam High School student, and Josh Hirt, North Putnam High School student, display the Almost Home menu and dessert tray in preparation for tonight's Youth Philanthropy Night fundraiser. Almost Home will host the Putnam County Community Foundation event, which will run from 5 to 9 p.m. Local students on the Youth Philanthropy Committee will be servers during the evening, and all tips will benefit the local Youth Philanthropy Endowment, which allows the students to make grants to other youth conducting local charitable service projects.
