GREENCASTLE -- Two new members were recently inducted as the newest members of the Greencastle Rotary Club.

Dr. Mary Sugg Lovejoy, Superintendent of North Putnam Community Schools, is married to Kim Brian Lovejoy, a professor of linguistics, rhetoric and composition at Indiana University School of Liberal Arts. They have two children, Rebecca, 25 and Joseph, 23 and his wife Marsha.

Lovejoy joined Rotary because of a commitment to public service.

"Serving my community has always been an important part of my life," she said.

Colleen Matthews is a previous Rotary member joining again. She is an administrator at Hickory Creek at Sunset. She has been married for 15 years and has two sons, JT, 11, and Dalton, 8. She enjoys long walks with her dogs and events with family and friends.

"After living in Greencastle for 19 years, my husband and I consider Greencastle our home and enjoy being able to raise our kids in a great community and become more involved as a family.

"I had been a prior member and loved being able to network with other community leaders, giving back to the community and making an overall difference in the lives of others," she said.
