Word Hunger discussion set

Thursday, August 5, 2010

GREENCASTLE -- The Putnam County Museum will host Putnam County's Word Hunger Community Discussion today.

The meeting will be held at the museum, 1105 North Jackson St., Greencastle at 7 p.m.

All community members are invited to share their perspectives on how food production in Putnam County impacts their lives and the life of the community.

Add your voice to the discussion and make Putnam County's agricultural life and heritage part of a public literary art project.

Putnam County is one of the first counties to take part in this project that will include six to eight counties this year and will be part of IUPUI's Polis Center's Spirit & Place Festival on Nov. 14 at the Barn at the State Fairgrounds.
