Blood drive is today

The Putnam County Hospital will be hosting a Blood Drive today from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled at www.donorpoint.org or by calling 655-2583 ext. 2

Trick-or-treat hours changed

The town of Roachdale has changed its trick-or-treating time on Saturday, Oct. 30 from 6 to 8 p.m. to 7 to 9 p.m.

Masonic Lodge will have degree

Cloverdale Masonic Lodge No. 132 of the Free and Accepted Masons will have an A.M.M. degree Friday.

Dinner will be served at 6 p.m., and work will follow at 7 p.m.

All Masons, along with their family and friends, are invited to the dinner.

Yard sale is this weekend

Cunot Community Center will host a yard sale Friday and Saturday. Everything made from the yard sale will go towards the Halloween party.

Post Prom auction is Saturday

The North Putnam High School Post Prom Committee will host an auction on Saturday.

The auction will take place in the NPHS parking lot and will begin at 1 p.m.

Donations for the auction are still being accepted and may be dropped off at the school between 7 and 11 a.m.

Zumba for the Cure is Saturday

Dance Workshop will sponsor "Zumba for the Cure: Get Your Pink On!" on Saturday.

The event will take place at the Dixie Chopper Business Center from 9 to 11 a.m., and is open to the public.

Cost to take part is a $20 donation to breast cancer research. More information can be found online at passionatelypink.com.

FC degree is Monday

Cloverdale Masonic Lodge No. 132 will have an FC degree on Monday at 7 p.m.

All FCs and MMs are invited to attend.

Masonic Temple lunch set for Tuesday

Lunch will be served at the Greencastle Masonic Temple from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday. The public is welcome.

Brunch planned for Wednesday

Sharing and Caring Brunch is being held from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20 by Putnam County Extension Homemakers.
