Pamela Ann Canellas

Pamela Ann Canellas, 62, Butlerville, formerly of Indianapolis, passed away on March 16, 2011 at her residence. She was born on Nov. 15, 1948 in Indianapolis and was the daughter of Richard and Betty Lou (Moran) Medcalf.

She was a member of the Emmaus Lutheran Church, Indianapolis, graduate of Manual High School, Indianapolis, former Assistant Auditor for Jennings County and was a Life Member of the Muzzle Loaders Association.

She was married to John Canellas and he survives. In addition she is survived by her children, Dianna Lou Summerlot and husband Bruce, Greencastle, Jimi Canellas and wife Lyn, Cloverdale and Jason Nicholas Canellas, Camby; her mother, Betty Lou Medcalf, Southport; her sisters, Linda Shinkle and husband Michael, Indianapolis, Debbie Sater and husband Gary, Southport, Donna Cooksey and husband Jim, Indianapolis; her brother, Richard Medcalf, Indianapolis and her grandchildren, Samantha Ann Rightmyer, Todd Michael Rightmyer, Brooke Gray, Dillin Gray and Jakob Canellas.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Medcalf.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1 p.m. at the Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be on Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Cloverdale Cemetery.
